Edem Yankson
Lead Consultant
Edem Yankson is the Lead Consultant at Yankson Consult, with a twenty-five-year multidisciplinary background spanning human resource management, company secretaryship, and law. A qualified lawyer and member of the Ghana Bar Association, she holds an LLB from GIMPA Law School, an MBA in Human Resource Management and a BA in Management & Psychology from the University of Ghana. She is an Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute (UK) and holds an SPHRi certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (USA). Her career spans the telecommunications, agribusiness, and financial services sectors, including serving as Company Secretary to a listed financial services company.

Vida Botwe
Senior HR Advisor
Vida Botwe is an accomplished HR professional with over 25 years of experience in consulting, manufacturing, and business process outsourcing, with 20 of those years spent in leadership roles. She has led the development and implementation of major talent management, organisational performance, change management, and rewards and recognition initiatives at senior management level. She has successfully delivered several reorganisation projects aimed at building high-performance teams. Vida holds an MBA and BA, and is a member of both the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM).

Walter K. Awuah
Research & Policy Advisor
Walter K. Awuah is a multiskilled professional with expertise spanning banking and finance, operations management, business process improvement, risk-based audits, conflict management, project management, and education. His 13-year post-graduate career has covered banking, entrepreneurship, health, international NGOs, agribusiness, telecommunications, and donor-funded projects across Ghana and West Africa. He holds a BA in Economics & Geography from KNUST, an MPhil in Economics from the University of Ghana, and an Executive Masters in Conflict, Peace and Security from the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre. He is also a graduate of the UN Graduate Study Programme at the Palais des Nations, Geneva.

Esther Obeng Darko
Governance Practitioner & Company Secretary
Esther Obeng Darko is a Governance Practitioner, Company Secretary, and Professional Administrator with 15 years of experience. She holds an MBA in Corporate Governance from the University of Professional Studies, Accra, a BBA in Management, and an MA in Guidance and Counselling from the University of Cape Coast. She has served as Corporate Governance Professional and Company Secretary for a holding company overseeing six subsidiaries across real estate, logistics, private security, recoveries, and financial services. She currently heads a Secretarial Company serving over 20 clients across diverse business sectors.

Miriam Amoako
Legal Practitioner
Miriam Amoako is a qualified lawyer and member of the Ghana Bar Association. She holds a Professional Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law and an LLB from KNUST. Her practice experience includes debt recovery, corporate and commercial practice, and criminal prosecution. She currently serves as an Assistant State Attorney with the Office of the Attorney General and Ministry of Justice, and brings a strong commitment to good human relations and client service to every engagement.
